So you can get a cheap lab manual for $1 or something at the big box stores, but if you have a class that requires this kind of thing buy this one. The pages are pre-numbered and non-removable. Each page has a line for the title of the experiment. Pages have been set aside at the beginning for your table of contents. It makes it so much easier to just right down what you did and when you did it and not have to worry about spending the time filling in all the aforementioned details. This way they're already done so you don't forget them and get graded down for it.Bottom line if you have to take one of those horrible high level chemistry labs then make your life easier and buy one of these.

This is a fairly straight forward lab book. Not sure what else you really need. Pages are not removable. Ink dries quickly. This is the version WITHOUT carbon copies.
