Paper is good for gel pens and fountain pens. Layout of blue lines and signature blocks and page numbers ideal for legal proprietary lab notebooks. Size suits paste-in 8.5 x 11 USA papers. This is a METRIC graph paper grid on 5mm - BRAVO for engineering! 4 pages at front are useful for post indexing.122 pages can cover 3 to 6 months for my work, sometimes more. Weight seems OK. About same as a large iPAD but serves a different purpose - hard documentation.Easy to add label to spine. Handy ribbon. Well bound.

Not worth the money. Mediocre construction and doesn't readily lie flat on lab table when you need to write. Need two hands - one to hold it open and one to write.
