Been looking for something like this for a long time. Previously had carried 3x5 cards in leather holder. This works much better in that I have field notes, wallet, and card holders

A fun and rugged notebook cover. It's a bit bulkier than some due to the extra pockets and slots, but that is not a problem. Well made.

I recently fell in love with pocket notebooks. However, I absolutely destroyed my notebook and had to ducktape the cover. I was carrying my wallet, notebooks, and pen everyday in addition to my phone. I wanted to protect my notebook and simplify my edc. Love this thing.Just test ran this wallet on a cross-country trip. It's help up well and I love it. You can easily carry two notebooks (or a notebook and Passport), a pen, 6 cards easily (9 can fit in the slots but 6 is better), a fishing license, and cash. It's super convenient. Love it.I will revisit my review to see how it holds up in the long term.

I've had this for a couple of weeks now and it seems to be well made and the leather is of fairly high quality. time will tell how long it lasts but so far so good.

I want to love this wallet, but I'm not really happy with the durability and craftsmanship. As you see in the pictures, the wallet is constantly pealing threads and I have to burn them off to keep it looking nice. Now, the latest problem is that the top credit card slot has lost it's bottom, so now l have to fish the cards out by digging deep. I think after time that top slot will be too loose to hold cards snugly and hence no longer usable. Shame, I've only had this wallet for less than 6 months (bought in July 2023, it's now Dec 2023). I was going to contact the seller/manufacturer, but its tough to find how to contact them. When i tried to contact I got the Amazon bot wanting to chat. I really want to love everything about this wallet, sadly I can't right now.

Nice quality. It is pretty bulky (thick) but not truly huge. Kind of large for pants pockets (though that’s how I carry mine). I use this as my wallet, and it holds a few cards and bills quite nicely. This would be perfect in the breast pocket of a blazer. The standard “Field Notes” refills do fit this piece. It’s tight, but they will fit in mine without trimming. Just requires a little extra effort, and I’m thinking it will loosen up over time. One other thing of note. While it’s really nice having the pen loop inside so the pen doesn’t snag on things, the loop is absolutely huge. Not a problem, but worth noting for someone wanting to use a larger pen like a Mont Blanc or some such.

This Field Notes Cover/Wallet combo is AMAZING. Great craftsmanship, high-quality leather, and a perfect fit for the Field Notes and Moleskin Cahier notebooks that I use. The pen loop is a really good addition, too--surprisingly rare in a lot of the other covers out there. I love this product, not only for the fact that it isn't made in China, but that it's a great combo of good price and great quality. I highly recommend it!*EDIT: Welp. It's made in China, apparently. Too bad. Everything else I said in my original review continues to be true.
