I did notice the holes are really close to edge of page in front pages. So some holes tore. Paper is good quality and college rules. Room for more info.

5star will always be one of my favorite brands for notebooks they are sturdy and hold up the entire time it takes to fill them and while refferencing the note afterwards. but them regularly

i brought these for uni as they are very practical and like $20 per book in NZ so $20 for two is a great deal. Highlighters don’t bleed through however i fear gel pens might. Other than that these are amazingupdate: pens and highlighters bleed through

These 5-subject notebooks have saved me so much space and hassle by being able to fit multiple courses into 1 notebook and carrying these to all of my classes. The paper quality is decent, not too cheap but not the thickest paper.The paper is thick enough to where very wet inks will not easily bleed through the pages. I write with a LAMY Safari Fountain Pen and it does well on this paper. (No bleeding or smearing on the pages).

My daughter is straight A, high school student, and I believe that these notebooks really help her maintain her good grades. They are the highest quality you can find, and they stay in great shape through the whole semester. Backpacks are so heavy these days, so she uses these notebooks to take all of class notes each day (instead of carrying multiple binders filled with loose leaf paper). In the past, I have tried to buy generic notebooks, and they just never held up, instead the covers tore within weeks of the semester starting. I learned a couple of years ago, that these were a great investment. I especially like the different colors with this particular item choice.
