These small notebooks are much nicer than they look on Amazon. I like the small size, and that they have a pen attached - which keeps me from constantly having to find a pen that works when in meetings. The covers are hard, and they have 68 sheets of paper inside, which should last me a few months. They are easy to tuck into a backpack and bag, or maybe keep in a car for notes, etc. My only concern is that the paper is thinner than what I usually get. So, you need to be careful with ink bleedthrough when using them.

I'm taking a trip to Ireland for 3 weeks this summer and I wanted to have something that I could carry in my bag to jot down notes and reminders of places and pictures we took, descriptions, Etc. These little journals are the perfect size and even come with a small size pen, although the pen is awkward to use because it is small, but that's the nature of the beast. They have cute print on the outside. The elastic closure seems tight enough, at least to start with. There are two ribbons for keeping your place, which is a nice touch... not all journals have that. The pages themselves are not super thick but not super thin, and have a line at the top for a date and day of the week. The only thing that would have made these journals a little better would have been a separate page or something on the back inside cover with pockets for receipts and whatnot. These a great travel companions!

These are cute little A6-size "pocket" hardcover jourmals with a slightly soft pebbled texture to the covers and a pretty botanical design that wraps around to the spine and the back cover. Each of the 3 journals comes with its matching gel pen with black ink. The included pens all write well and fit perfectly in their pen loops, easy to get in and out without sliding around.The pages inside have a 6 mm line spacing, with spaces at the top to mark the weather, day of the week, a blank for Memo No. and a space for the date. The cream-colored paper is fairly thin, so there is some ghosting but no actual bleedthrough (the dot marker comes closest to bleeding, as usual). There are two ribbon bookmarks, plus a white elastic strap to hold everything securely closed.I really like how much attention was paid to the aesthetics of these -- the ribbons and the pen match the cover colors very well, which is satisfying. Each journal is thick enough to last a good while but still slim enough to be perfect for tossing into a purse or tote. These are perfect for everyday carry and might also make for a nice daily planner.

I'm super happy to have these nice notebooks. Please note: In case it isn't obvious, the covers on these are PU (or "vegan") leather, not real leather. I think there is a small typo in the listing.Anyhow... what's not to like?. These notebooks are pretty and a great size to fit into a (slightly roomy) pocket or a purse.. There are multiple pattern options available (along with solid colors in a different listing).. The paper is nice! It's thin enough for them to be able to fit lots of pages into a fairly slim and easily portable volume, and at the same time, it is thick enough that you can barely see what is written or printed on the opposite side.. There are a good number of pages in each notebook (136). There are enough to enable you to do two-page spreads for two months worth of days (if that's your jam) or a page a day for over four months.. The narrow ruling is a good size to enable you to fully utilize each page (despite the small page size) at the same time as not being overly close together.. There are two ribbon bookmarks, and they took care to make sure that the ends of these would not fray.. The elastic closure and pen loops are helpful!. The pens are even nice! They write smoothly and are plenty "juicy."As far as negatives? For my particular purposes, there aren't any. But please note that these seem to be narrow-ruled (closer together than college-ruled). If you like WIDE ruled paper even on small-sized pages, you probably will not like these.I'm giving a five star rating because I think these punch far above their price point. [I did buy another set of these with solid colored covers]

I am very much pleased with this pack of 3 notebooks. I got the Floral pattern, and it is exactly as shown in the online pictures. These are very well made in addition to being attractive. But most of all, I like their usefulness. They are so handy to place in a purse or tote bag, and the covers are thick and sturdy enough to not get torn when being tossed with other items in a bag. The covers have a slight texture to them and a nice feel. The black ink gel pens work well for a smooth finish that doesn't smear. I like the elasticized band to keep each pen attached to a notebook and the elasticized band to keep the whole notebook closed. The pages are thick enough that writing does not show through on the other side. The added ribbon dividers (2 per notebook) are also useful to use for quick references of notes. I didn't think I needed 3 of these, but the quality and price made this purchase worthwhile, and I am now glad I have extras.
