I purchase only Wilson Jones binders because they are reliable and strong. This is a 5" binder that I had to get after-the-fact for a course I just took and my 4" binder would just not hold all the papers I had (I'm in grad school). The problem is, though, that as the rings go up in size, they go a tiny bit down in stability, and these rings are just a tad looser than the other 4" binders that I usually buy for my course work. I have about twelve of them and would not use another brand. If the WIlson Jones rings are a tad unstable, I cannot imagine how the other brands would be in a 5" size. I'll stick with Wilson Jones no matter what. I highly recommend this product, but try sticking with the 4" size binder or smaller.
