I only needed the right one but they only come in pairs, so I have a left one in case that needs to be replaced someday. The fit was perfect and functions as it should.

Came in OEM whirlpool box. Perfect fit, easily installed with a hex screwdriver some time. It does not include the metal drawer rails, but they easily come off to be put on the replacement. Couldn’t be happier!

I received a genuine Whirlpool part (which fit my Kitchen Aid refrigerator perfectly. I was able to install the the right side part (the more complex side) quickly and with no problems by following a great YouTube video. The drawer supports were a perfect fit for my maytag refridgerator. The tabs were broken on the original, and I was amazed to find an exact fit on my 18 year old fridge.
