My husband has a huge record collection, easy to put together, great quality . We 6 love them very much.

Initially I chose this because the colors happen to match my current setup, and it's perfect. Love the combination of dark pinewood and black metal mesh. It's got a modern classic, slightly industrial look. Although it's lightweight, it is sturdy with the capacity of albums it holds. Considering getting matching ones for my friends as holiday gifts. Very good for the price point and will be loved for years to come.

We’ve been collecting records for years, and this crate is both sturdy and stylish enough to display some of our favorites while keeping them organized. The pine wood and metal design gives it a nice, classic look that fits right in with our decor, and it holds a decent amount of records without taking up too much space. It makes it easy to keep our collection organized, and I appreciate that it looks good enough to have out in the open instead of hidden away. I've been needing some type of storage for my vinyl record collection (from years gone by.) I then had the opportunity to test and review this pine storage crate, and while I like the finished results, it did take a few minor adjustments to achieve the final results. But ultimately, I do like this wood/metal storage crate, but quality control has a few issues.The first thing I'd like to point out (main to the mfg'er) is the screws provided to attach the wooden base to the wooden sides, are a bit too short... The screws provided will work, but because it's soft pine wood, there's not much grip (depth) when attaching the pieces together using the screws provided (as you can see in the attached photos.) IMHO, the provided screws needed to be a bit longer/bigger, like the ones I eventually pulled out to use from my handy toolbox... I ended up using the slightly larger (silver) screws shown in the photos instead of the smaller (dark) screws provided. As you can see, the slightly larger screws were a better fit and this small change made the entire create more solid and secure. Initially, when I tried to assemble everything using the provided screws, the final assembly was a bit "loose." Once I replaced the provided screws with some that were just a tad larger, everything tightened up as I would have expected (and hoped.)That lead me to the second issue I experienced. As you can see from my photos, the unit I received seemed to have a slight quality control issue because one of the boards used (and glued together) to form the base of the creation. The base (and sides) are made from pine wood. The base was mfg'd by gluing 2 or 3 pine boards together, which the mfg'r then planed down to size during production. But on the product I received, one of the boards that was glued together to form the bottom, was slightly smaller than the other boards used... This created a small gap (void) and thus everything was slight off a few centimeters. If I used the predrilled holes, then as you can see in the attached photos, it came up a bit short, and that offset the entire assembly. I was able to correct this second quality issue by simply squaring up the metal grill (on the front and back) to the pine boards, and I just ignored their predrilled holes, and used my own screws/holes when assembling everything. By making this small one or two changes, I could assemble the crate as it was intended, but only because of the small one or two changes I made during the assembly. These two issues are minor, and more an issue of quality control, but just FYI, if all the pieces of the puzzle don't line up perfectly during assembly...Overall, I'm pleased with this product, and it's appearance once it was fully assembled (took about 10 mins.) The two issues I noted above are quality issues, which were minor, but present... It did take a modification (longer screws) to shore everything up correctly/firmly. But again, overall, it was easy to assemble (even with the modifications), and with my small changes, the crate is firm and solid, and I expect it to provide years of storage for my old vinyl collection.

I love this storage crate. Assembled, it's sturdy enough and large enough to hold framed artwork, or artwork with a cardboard backing. I use it at art fairs so people can flip through my work and see a selection of my prints. I do take everything out of the crate before transporting, but it's pretty solid when it's sitting on a table, or on the ground. I like that the color of the crate doesn't distract from my artwork.
