True to their name definitely an “Upgrade” to other rubber bands we’ve purchased in the past. They seem more solid and a certainly prettier!

Rubber bands! I use them for everything! In the kitchen to close opened bags of food, to organize papers I want to keep. There are so many uses and this assortment of rubber bands is perfect because of the various sizes and thickness and tension. I find a rubber band for most anything I need it for.

As someone who likes to keep things organized, the end-of-the-year gathering and sorting of paperwork left me hunting for rubber bands. These are a perfect solution. Manufactured here in the U.S., the bands are sturdy and plentiful enough so you can double up the thinner ones if needed. The small bag easily tucks away in a drawer or basket for long-term storage. My only wish is that some of the bands were a bit longer. They don't lay flat over the width of an 8.5 x 11 wide page and force the page stack to curl inward. However, it does look like this manufacturer offers other options if you need larger bands.

I can’t believe I am going to rave about rubber bands, but I am! This package comes with all sizes and thickness and each and everyone of them is strong, from the smallest, thinnest one to the larger, thicker ones! At one time I never needed to purchase rubber bands because they came on the daily newspaper, on the snail mail when there were a lot of ads, on vegetables much more often, there were always rubber bands to be had in my house. Now that I started doing tie dying again, and use them to hold cheesecloth in place when I have to filter my homemade apple jack, apple juice, cheese, etc, I rapidly ran out of the few I had. These are better than any I recycled from wherever I received them. They come in different colors and some stretch wide enough to hold the cheesecloth on my largest bowl and they stay strong, holding it firmly in place without stretching out or breaking! This are great quality and worth buying a bag, because they will last to be used over and over. I haven’t seen how well they will last when I use them for tie dying yet, but since they start out as a much better quality product in the first place, they may well be the first ones I can reuse after doing those projects. It’s hard to impress me with something as simple as a rubber band, but I am!

It seems like I never have enough rubber bands. I need small ones for bundles of cables and to keep small boxes closed. Larger bands I use for larger boxes instead of taping the flaps shut. This is a nice assortment, that includes plenty of larger, wider bands as well as small and medium sized ones, too. This bag is advertised as a quarter pound, so I put it on my digital scale and sure enough, it registered at 4.2 ounces. I know that the bag doesn't weight .2 oz., so I got more than my money's worth in this bag (see first photo). If you've ever wondered what a quarter pound of rubber bands look like, I've got you covered. It makes an impressive pile (second photo).I tried out the largest bands on a box that a laptop power supply shipped in. There was more than enough stretch to keep the box closed, without being so tight that the box would be crushed. I also tried some of the smaller bands, and those had plenty of stretch, too. The bands didn't feel at all greasy or slimy, and they had plenty of tension, so I know that the rubber is good and fresh. As you may know, oxygen rots rubber, and I was a little chagrined to discover that there was a hole in the bag, front and back, most likely so it could be peg mounted for store display. I put the remainder of this bag in a quart-sized zip-lock bag and flattened it during closing to try to get most of the air out of it. That's where I'll keep these until I run out. I expect that they'll last a long time.My verdict: a quality assortment of top-notch rubber bands that are fit for most any purpose for home or shop.

These rubber bands might be priced a little higher than other similar products on Amazon, but they are definitely worth it. There is an obvious difference in the quality of these bands. I expect to be able to use every single one. Nothing more annoying than having a fresh rubber band break! Very pleased with these and they will be my go-to brand as long as they keep making 'em.
