I needed bulk binders to put advertising info in for my customers. These binders are great quality and shipped quickly. Exactly what I was looking for. I love the viewing pocket on the front and back, too, so I can change out my information in a pinch.

I paid for a carton of 12 and the package sent to me only contained 1 binder. When I contacted Amazon they told me they had no control over this company and their constantly changing merchandise. As a review of Amazon I give them a 4 star rating since they are issuing me a full refund. Unfortunately I then had to turn around and buy them at a higher price.

This is a good 3 ring binder, except the rings (or at least one ring) will not close all the way. This makes it a little annoying when turning the pages, as the page may come out of the ring.
