The high wattage side didn’t work. I tried plugging in multiple high (within the units specified range) and low wattage things but they all faulted it out. Low wattage and USB plugs worked fine. I returned the item.

Purchased this for my trip to Spain and it worked fine for charging my phone and using dual voltage appliances - hair curler & straightener. The voltage converter feature did not work, which is why I purchased this. My Shark Flex Style did not turn on while I was there. I would not recommend if you need a voltage converter.

Bought it last year, took to Europe for 2 weeks travel, very useful and not too heavy which helps a lot when traveling. The whole family were able to charge all their electronics at the same time, which was awesome!

We ordered this before going to Italy & Greece. It worked wonderfully! It has 5 USB ports plus 2 US outlets for all your charging needs. It's great for student trips where they may be bunking with additional persons. There are not many outlets over in European hotels, so having 1 charging station for up to 7 devices is perfect! It has an on/off switch so you can power it off even when plugged in. It comes with multiple adapters which we used the 3 prong adapter for Italy and the standard EU adapter in Greece. Definitely would recommend to anyone traveling outside of the US.

Sadly I looked at tons of different manufacturers and different combinations and probably go myself confused. This is a nice set and I am glad I got this version with the USB port. However this kit does not have each converter labeled by country on the converter - only on the box. There is another kit in this same brand that is only the converters that appears to have the countries printed on the actual converter (or at least the photo suggests that). So that is my only negative so far with this kit. Luckily I am only visiting 2 countries when I take these on my first trip so I will only that those two. But if I were lucky enough to be taking a very long trip to multiple countries I would certainly need to come up with a way to identify each converter without taking the box. I'll probably make a photocopy of the seller page or of the other kit so there is an easier reference to identify each converter.

Just used this on a trip to India, worked perfectly, great to have the multiple USB charging ports for multiple travelers and devices. Yes it's somewhat bulky, but it's not too heavy and considering how you only need one of these for multiple users, it works very well. Also, the 8 adapters make it a one size fits all device.

Took this to Iceland and it worked beautifully. It was very nice to be able to power two devices and charge our phones and laptop at the same time. A little big and bulky, but worth the space in the suitcase.
