I have only worn this coat a few times so far as it has been a milder winter so far. I am not sure how the outer material will handle the line of work I'm in and will try to update this review at a later time to inform others how it goes. I am a Mason. I do a lot of demolition and work with bricks, stone, blocks, cement and mortar. So far I've worn this coat on 30 degree weather days while prepping for a 100+ yards of concrete to be poured (setting and tying rebar) and operating a cement buggy and skidsteer. I stayed dry while in the rain and warm. 10 hour shifts. The high neck helps with blocking wind but is scratchy and a bit uncomfortable but when I wear a neck gaiter I don't notice the stiffness of it. The added length with the thumb holes that cover part of my hands is nice detail to the coat and is what sold me to buy this in the first place. I am a big fan of the brand refrigiwear and swear by their clothing line for everyone even if you don't work in the trades. Their clothing is well made and warm and worth the price. I do wish this coat was made with a more durable outer fabric for tougher trades like I'm in. I have a feeling this material will tear or get punctured easily. But until then I give this a 4.5 instead of 5 due to the scratchy neck and not knowing how well the outer shell will hold. If it stands up to tough work I will come back and edit this review and give it 5 stars. Hope this helps!

Lo pedí una talla más pues según los comentarios viene chica fue perfecto soy M pedí L cubre bien el frío pues mi trabajo es en este tipo de lugares el único detalle q pondría sería el cuello es un poco duro

I got this for my 88 year old mother who hates the cold, even when it really isn't that cold out. This kept her very comfortable when it was near freezing out, but it wasn't overly warm when she was in a warm car. I'll get one for myself.

I would give this 10 stars if I could! This is the warmest outerwear I own. It's better than my down jackets and ski coat. I even wore it on a motorcycle ride on the highway. Zero wind came through! Yet it is light and not hot. My only wish is more color variety.
