I bought this as a replacement wiper arm for my 2004 Jeep Wrangler TJ passenger side windshield wiper. This was a very quick and easy replacement.1) Be sure to pull the tab (near the base) all the way out. You may need a common screwdriver for this.2) Take note (relative to the bottom of the windshield) of the angle of the arm you are removing.3) Pull the tab (all the way) out on the new arm and push it onto the post at the same angle you removed the old arm.

Nice wiper but when installed it would not touch window. The tab you pull to put wiper arm on is to long so wiper arm assembly hits it so spring is not able to put wiper arm in correct down position. I cut a little bit off the tab that you pull to put wiper on car. The tab is a bit to long so holds arm too high up. After i cut a bit off the tab it fit and works perfect.

These arms did not fit my 2005 TJ. The blades were at least a few inches from the windshield in the closed position. So I bent them until they made contact with adequate pressure to wipe the entire length of the blade. It took a few minutes of trial and error to make it work, but now they work great.

I had replaced my old wiper arms on my Jeep TJ with a different aftermarket brand and was having issues where they didn't fit as tightly as the originals then they would back out off of the drive shaft and then strip out. I bought these to replace them. They seem much sturdier and the fit is much better. Also there a very nice locking mechanism to stop the wiper are from backing out (unlike the other ones I had). They have been on my Jeep for several months including the worst part of the Winter and I have had no more issues with the wipers backing out or stripping.
