I'd give it 5 stars if they lasted longer. I've yet to see a better way to split a pelvic bone. This is my third one. If you want it to last as long as possible you have to be gentle, DO NOT force it. Long easy strokes seem to work best for me. I think I was able to get 8 deer out of the last one

My husband ordered these for his zip saw after doing some Amazon research. The product we received looks good. I'm not sure that he's had to use them yet, but it's good to have extras on hand, just in case.I'll post an update if any issues arise when these get used. Otherwise assume we're still satisfied.

Exact replacement for my zip saw. It really helps in field dressing a deer. It is always wise to carry a spare even though the blade is extremely tough. I always have a Zip Saw and extra blade in my hunting bag. It also makes the job a lot quicker.

This is a fantastic tool for field dressing. I usually get around 8 pelvis bone splits before the blade becomes dull. After that it still works, just will a little more force than a new blade.This product was worth every penny to me. It turns the most difficult part of filed dressing a deer into the easiest.
