- Step 1: Remove the screws and open the cover, you will see four suspension rods in the four corners.
- Step 2: Lift and remove the rod (note: install one when you get one).
- Step 3: Install new suspension rods in sequence.

We only needed one small part of this kit but installed all new rods anyway. We took out the original rods and we could clearly feel a difference in quality. We held on to the old ones just incase and I'm glad we did. The next time we washed a blanket it popped a rod. Replaced it again with the original and did another wash and yet again another rod from this kit popped. Quality of product is not good. Wish I could've saved my money and time...

I have install suspension rods in washing machines for a very long time. I thought I would try Amazon vs factory parts. This suspension kit completely fell apart during the third load. A week without a washer. A pile of wet clothes, another week no washer😭
