I love Moleskin notebooks. The leather is always good quality, the spine stays strong for years. The lines are helpful for writing, but light enough they won't really show in a doodle or sketch. Great value for what it costs.These notebooks are always high quality, clean. Lends for a real professional look. The elastic strap to keep it closed has held up for 7 years on my last notebook, far longer than most. Even the paper has a nice quality and weight to it.If you've never had one, try it. You'll never go back.

It is definitely ‘soft cover’ which I overlooked in placing my order. Totally my fault. I used to buy the hard cover of the same page layout for journals I kept many years ago and love these things. I am going to try the softcover and who knows, maybe I will like it better! The soft cover is pliable… like thickened paper with a thin black laminate on it. I had never seen this type of cover before so didn’t know it was not the same as I used before.

Depuis 5 ans, c'est mon carnet de voyage préféré. Je les associe de préférence à un crayon à mine Bic Criterium, mais ayant laissé les Bic dans les trains/avions ou dans les cafés, j'ai parfois été obligé d'utiliser des crayons locaux non connus. Dans tous les cas, j'ai utilisé des crayons pour noter mes voyages et le papier Moleskine est parfait pour cela. Quelle horreur quand j'ai décidé d'utiliser un stylo pour dessiner plutôt qu'un crayon. Il saigne horriblement. Seuls les crayons, les crayons de couleur et le stylo à bille sont sans danger.Il y a un bon nombre de pages et me convient pour un voyage d'un à trois mois.La bande élastique est très utile mais a une durée de vie limitée. 3 mois maximum pour moi. Ce n'est pas grave. Il y a une jolie poche à l'arrière pour ranger les billets et autres affaires. Le format A6 est parfait pour la poche de ma veste.Malgré les limitations ci-dessus, je l'aurai probablement toujours avec moi lors de mon prochain voyage.

Als Tagesjournal und Notizkladde, die ich auf der Arbeit in der Beintasche immer bei mir habe, erfüllt es voll und ganz seinen Zweck.Der weiche Umschlag läßt sich leicht biegen und geht wieder danach in die flache Form zurück.
