This cash drawer works great, however I have to give it a bad review because after 5 months of minimal use the lock just fell right out of it. There is no way I as a bar manager can reassemble the lock and keep this product in use so I am now forced to buy another one. I won’t be buying this product again. 👎🏻

Good quality and works as it should HOWEVER like another review had stated the drawer was tapped shut from the inside...had to remove the bottom plate disassemble the entire thing to remove the tape. After reassembling the bell would not work which i then ended up having to fix.

Absolutely love my register easy to use and has a bell that rings everyime drawer is opened. Bell can also be removed if you don't want it. Very sturdy and has a slot for checks. Shipping was quick and customer service was amazing! Would definitely recommend and I would order again. Worth every penny.

Purchased this drawer due to its size and simplicity. True to the claims made by the company and customers, it has worked great! One small glitch with the latch and a conversation with the company and it was remedied. I would definitely buy this drawer and consider anything this company sold because of their customer service.

For a start, they sent me a blue one, not white. Which is fine but weird. Anyway, it arrives with no instructions beyond how to take the bell out. We could not get it open! At all. No matter how many times we turned the key. No matter if we turned it upside down and shook it. No matter if we thumped the back of it. Utterly jammed shut.Eventually we found a screw driver and took the whole thing apart. Turns out, the drawer was literally taped to the inside of the box!! No wonder it wouldn't open - you have to open it to see the tape to open it?!Anyway having removed the tape and screwed it back together again, it now works beautifully. I guess we just got unlucky.I did contact the company for help and they got back to me quickly and immediately offered a replacement - which was nice, but not necessary. Overall, it's a good product, just a little strangely packed.

I like the cash drawer with ringing bell. It warns me if some one opens the cash drawer and the size is perfect for my poynt system. good quality and we love it.

Great cash drawer. Love it. I deactivated the bell cause it's cute at first but gets annoying after awhile. It came with directions to shut it off so that was easy. Nice solid design and love the white.

If I good give this review even more than five stars I would. I recently purchased this item to use at our Daisy Girl Scout cookie booth sales and it was a HUGE hit with the girls. The product is lightweight perfect for portable use and very sturdy. I had read some reviews were their were complaints about the "ringing bell"; however for our girls it added an additional excitement while learning how to manage and handle money.Being a bit paranoid, I went out to several local hardware stores to see if I could get the key duplicated and had no luck and I was terrified of not having backups on hand. After reading a few Q&A's on amazon I was able to locate a posting from the seller that had provided another customer information on how to reach out to them to obtain additional keys.Let me tell you I was SUPER impressed with this company's customer service. They were extremely responsive and addressed my needs immediately. In addition, they even offered to support our troop sales by placing a cookie order, you can't beat that type of customer service.I love the product, I love the customer service support and our girls will have many more fun years of cookie selling using this product. I highly recommend this product and the seller.

I bought this Cash Drawer to use in my business. I got rid of the bell sound easy enough; it wasn't for me. I have been using the drawer multiple times a day since I bought it. Only issue I had was that one month after I bought it, the drawer stopped closing and turning the key was the only way to close it. I emailed the seller and Melissa got back to me right away, apologized for the defective unit, and sent a replacement to me without delay. Really glad I bought from them, excellent customer service.

I bought this product because it was exactly what I was looking for in terms of size, weight, and functionality. I put it to use immediately, and it worked perfectly. Later I noticed the locking mechanism had fallen off so I let the company know. They took the feedback I gave them and sent me a replacement. I was fine with the drawer before, but now I'm happy I went with this company because of their customer service. I also like the fact that one of their co-founder's is from Austin, TX! Keep Austin Weird!

We ordered the cash drawer for our new small business and love it. We weren't aware that the drawer came with a bell when it opened. It has instructions to remove the bell but I don't know why anyone would, it's awesome! Even better than that is their customer service! The day the drawer arrived they sent us an email with an overview of the drawer and said that if we had any problems or questions to call them directly and that if for any reason there was something wrong with our drawer they would replace it. Ours was perfect but you can tell that this is a company that stands behind their product and truly cares about their customers! One of the best buying experiences I have ever had and it was over a simple cash drawer. Everyone should strive to offer the customer service that they offer!
