The first paper came in damaged by the freight co, but was quickly replaced and all is well . The paper is as should be and am well satisfied. Good product from good Co.

Bought 2 cartons. 2 rolls each , 2 months apart, same quality issues. Pics from the last order. All rolls have had same issues. Paper looks like it was manually torn off at roll start. Had to trim it to not jam on insert feed. Ends could be better. Looks like it was dropped. BIG ISSUE is crushed cardboard core. Took 3 people to force it on carrier tube then had to box cutter it off when empty. Fool us once, shame on you. Fool us twice, shame on us. Won't be a third time, PM. Sometimes cheaper is not better.

I have an older wide format printer for my architectural practice and while I don't mind paying a bit more for paper, having a good value for what is a nearly 10 year old printer helps a bit. The paper feeds right, doesn't jam and gets the job done. Glad to have it for just about $40 cheaper than local suppliers.

We use a lot of this paper where I work. The price is great here and the product is just as expected. We do not have any issues with the paper quality. It works well with out copier. Will buy again and again.

I ordered two rolls initially to test the product before buying more. They did not arrive for a week and a half so I emailed and apparently the order was "lost in transit" by UPS. Amazon had a replacement order to me in three days.The rolls of paper were in good condition but the box they were delivered in had seen better days. It was scuffed and a bit dirty but, again, the paper was in good working order and the quality was as expected for a roll of copy paper. 4 stars for this order.The next order was for 3 more double rolls (6 total). The boxes were quite a bit more marred than the last time. One was close to losing it's bottom and they were all filthy. I examined the one that was bottoming out to make sure the paper was ok. Because 2 of the bottom's sides were open, the rolls had shifted and the plastic covering the rolls was broken and dirt was inside. it only affected the bottom edge and the outside layer so the roll was still useable.We don't use a large amount of paper here so I just recently opened the last box to find that I had missed a puncture in the last box. Because of the dirt and the small size of the hole (~1 cm), I had missed it on my initial inspection. It appears as though the corner of something hard, (probably metal) pierced the box and the paper roll, making its way through about 15 or so layers into the roll. That's about ~20" x 15 turns for ~25 feet of iffy or totally unusable material, depending on how your copier will react to holes.I did not call for replacement for this second order. It's been months since it was placed and I'd just rather not deal with this company again. I will not be ordering again from this company as I do not want to be forced to go through the hassle of callbacks to replace faulty orders every time they ship, even if the product is a couple bucks cheaper and the final product is servicable. I'll spend the extra money for it to be shipped and arrive in one piece, on time, the first time.
