Discharge of the fuel is too small for the 1500 and it's pointed in the wrong direction discharging to the back of the bike instead of the front of the bike. Irresponsible to claim for this bike or at the very least negligent

I converted my bike to gravity fed so I needed the outlet facing rearward. Everything else was fine. Also, the outlet nipple is 1/4", not 5/16". And it's a *small* 1/4" at that so get a good clamp for it. Also surprised it actually has brass tunes, not plastic. Doesn't come with screws

This uses 5/16th fuel line, 1500 Kawasaki uses 3/8th.

I bought this for a 1998 Kawasaki Vulcan Classic (VN1500E) I didn't end up using it because the fuel inlet was on the opposite side compared to the stock valve, so the factory formed fuel lines did not automatically fit. Probably wouldn't be a problem if I was running new un-formed fuel lines, but the stock lines would have kinked trying to bend them to fit this valve's inlet position. Quality of the part seemed good. If not for this issue, I wouldn't have any concerns putting this on my bike.
