Love that the folders are plastic and come in great colors. This is my second purchase and plan to work on a color coding system so it will be easy to go to the color that represents the subject. Love it !! Beats the Manila folders that eventually loose the smart look of a file system. Yes, I am a neat freak and I love colors! When I read the description carefully, I see that these folders are in fact plastic, but the word manila/manilla folder is used throughout the description. Manila is derived from a plant, which makes manila folders paper or cardboard like and a lot more rigid than these plastic folders. These plastic folders are very flexible and do not stand as well in a filing cabinet. They're fine if you plan to use them as protective sleeves on flat surfaces. I like the colors, I just wish they were sturdier.
