Bougie and budget. Super nice portfolio. I got this for nursing school. Couldn't be happier. It looks nice. It feels nice and it just gives out extra, extra. If you know what I mean. Definitely would recommend. Nice quality. Nice color couldn't be happier with a paper holder lol

I've been using this on a daily basis for the past few weeks, and I have to say it's quite nice. It looks very professional and it much better to have in front of customers than something like a clip board. I love the look of it and the texture of the leather. Some have complained about it being easy to scuff, but it only takes a quick rub of the thumb and it's all back to normal. So why 4 stars instead of 5? A couple minor reasons. One has been mentioned by nearly everyone and that is that the writing surface doesn't really work unless you have multiple pages of paper behind it. It's also slightly flexible, which is okay but I would have preferred a completely rigid base. The other two reasons are sort of separate, but work together to cause the same issue. The clip on the clipboard has a raised handle in the very middle so you can easily lift the clip. The problem is that if you have a pad of notepaper in there it raises it so high that the top of the portfolio is raised up and bulges compared to the rest of it. This is made more pronounced because the raised part of the clip also matches perfectly with the leather snap strap on the opposite side, which adds yet another layer. It also caused direct contact on the metal onto the strap in a way that I could see causing uneven wear over time. If the clip was a different design, or if the leather snap strap was offset to the left an inch or two, it would be much nicer when closed.Overall none of those issues are critical flaws and I really like this product

Expertly-made and not over-designed. No frayed or loose ends, even stitching, and beautiful leather. It’s the type of thick and durable leather that easily leaves distressed marks (Crazy Horse, I believe?). It’s a style I like, but some may not.The interior has a clip board on the right, and on the left, a flap for papers with a locking tab, an open and zippered pocket, and two business card pockets. They aren’t dimensional, so I would only store flat things on this side. The center has a couple of elastic bands that could store two decently thick pens. The clipboard side is lined with a tight woven cotton/pseudo-suede. It wouldn’t be good for writing on a single paper, but the covers are decently reinforced and would sufficiently support a notepad or a stack of papers to write on.My first one arrive with the clip installed upside down. I returned for a replacement and it arrived in two days, clipboard as it should be.I really love this lightweight workhorse. It’s very good quality and should last many years.

I received this item free as an Amazon Vine reviewer and this is my honest review. I only review items I will actually use, and use I do, prior to writing a review. This leather portfolio is nicely packaged in a protective bag (pictured). Once opened you are greeted with a very natural, say vintage looking tan leather (pictured). This is a natural unsealed leather with a suede like feel, and it will immediately start to show character by picking up scratched and marks from handing and use. If you are looking for a more professional looking smooth sealed leather, this portfolio is not for you.It does not come with any extras like a pad of paper. Not a big deal, just worth noting. I like how the inside is laid out. Of course, there is a spot for a standard size pad of paper, held in place with a spring clip. The spring clip is strong and holds the pad firmly. My only negative is how this spring bar is shaped and when you put a full pad underneath it the spring bar will push the cover out when the front is closed. There are two pen or pencil elastic loop holders which I like as many binders only have one loop. This design lets me carry a pen as well as a backup or a pen and Sharpe too. There are two business card slots and a spot for additional paper sheets with a snap retention. There is even a zipper pouch to keep small items safe. Overall, the layout looks nice and is useful (pictured).I have used this for a handful of meetings, and I am pleased with everything it holds. If it was a suit and tie meeting, I would probably grab a more professional binder, but for the casual meeting, this one works great. As I do at the end of all my reviews, I ask myself if I would actually purchase this item. Yes, I would buy this.

This portfolio is perfect for keeping paperwork organized for meetings and business. I’m using it for city council work, and it holds everything I need in one place, making it easy to stay prepared. The design is functional and well thought out, with plenty of space for documents, notes, and essentials. No complaints at all—it’s a great choice for anyone who has to do work with old-school meatspace paperwork and keep it anll organized!
