And the papers are hard to flip. They’re replacing it for free which is super nice and I don’t need to return it.

Keep in mind it is a small binder (1 to 1 1/2"). We use them for bank reconciliation reports and it is good for that. Has a pocket page that I can put an envelope for paper receipts, bank deposits, and full page printed receipts from online payments in until the next reconciliation. Works great for a small business reconciliation history. Of course you have to buy the dividers separately but that is with any of them.
