I am very unhappy with the EZink drum units that I just ordered-the order was received in March 2025. I've already had to replace one so will need to reorder to always have on hand. I have been using the EZink toner cartridges and have been happy with them so thought I would give the drum unit a try. Definitely will be ordering a different drum unit. I had been told drum units should last longer but this certainly didn't.

Things don't always work perfectly. This did. Would order again, although hope I never have to.

J'ai acheté ce produit à plusieurs reprises. Tout a bien fonctionné pour les 2 premiers drums mais mon dernier n'a pas eu une bonne longévité.À Fonctionné très bien pour 2500 pages et ensuite s'est mis a laisser trop de toner sur les feuilles...Le remplacement du Drum à corrigé le problème.

Revised 7/15/22. After 2 months of these being ordered i contacted customer service and they diligently offered me a refund or new Drums. I asked for a refund and it was issued immediately. The drums are probably OK since all companies experience bad products from time to time. Revised from 1 star to 4 due to the impeccable customer service.Unfortunately both of these drums are worthless. The first drum I installed prints very faint and is spotty faint to lightly dark wavy prints on the page center is darker than outer edges on both sides. The second drum same issue and to add to it the yellow tape holding the paper protecting the roller got some adhesive on the roller causing a black spot to roll on the prints, I tried to clean it off but that did not work. Two brand new drums useless out of the box. Very unfortunate hopefully the company will reimburse or at least send out to new ones that will hopefully work. To top it off I installed my original brother drum that the printer indicated was time to be replaced that works 100 times better than the two new ones. as can be seen in the first image with the two test prints side by side the left one is the old drum right side new drum which is fainter than the old drum. Waste of time and money.
