It has perfect pockets for paper and pens. It doesn't hold to much papers that need to be hold.

YeeCASE Clipboard Folder Padfolio Portfolio, Letter Leather Storage Clipboard for Cover for Legal Pad..Obviously this is not real leather, so don't expect it to have that quality or longevity to it. It is nice for the price and will suit it's job as a resume padfolio for me. However, I was disappointed that the monogram is in fact painted on in yellow, not gold. Usually it would be metallic gold/silver on such an item so I was not thinking pastel yellow when I reviewed the pics. Since I'm not a yellow fan, I am thinking I may use some gold paint pens or metallic sharpies I have to color over it in gold. If you like yellow though, it is painted on nicely so this would suit you as is.
