It is supposed to use 5/16 inch staples. They do not fit in the stapler so it is useless.

Suddenly stopped stapling. Long spring came out of back end. No apparent way to open stapler to try to reinsert. Tossed it. Back to my old 1970s Swingline.

I use this stapler everyday and go through at least a full staple strip daily. It rarely jams. Best I've ever had.

It does not look "modern tech" but does a great job. We need to staple folders with different types of paper in them and it does the job. Two things to remember. Use correct staples and use in on the desk. Very few staplers can be used in hand and then you need to hold it properly. These are the most common issues my coworkers keep forgetting about. We use them frequently.

Doesn't unfold, but perfect for work. I can staple more documents together using the standard size staples that my office provides.

I have only used this stapler a few times, but it seems to be a heavy duty high capacity stapler.
