Works GREAT! Steering wheel locks now and the key doesn’t fall out anymore. I used this on my 88 base model automatic transmission. There is one connector that is on the switch that my truck doesn’t have wiring to. It does not affect the use of the switch. Pricey but highly recommend!

Slapped this onto my nissan pathfinder 92 and it worked like a charm. the steering wheel locking mechanism is totally legit too, i would absolutely recommend this ignition

Works great, 1986 Nissan D21 pickup truck v6 automatic trans. I only had to remove the white box in picture, my truck did not have it.

Installation was easy, key a little to hard to get in and work needed to lube internal helped some.

This item was for a 1996 Nissan pick up but it wasn't made for this vehicle we did some major modifications to make it fit because we need this in a pinch This ignition is for another type of Nissan with a button for a key release

Wrong one for my Nissan automatic but it is well constructed. Check carefully which nissans this fits. Amazon says it fits, but not so. Amazon took it back and I replaced it with a 201-2058, which is for a pathfinder. However, not Beck Arnley fault, Nissan used different parts on pathfinder and pickup interchangeably.
