Decent binding. Very attractive. The paper is thin but it can take a bit of marker action if you're not too heavy-handed. Very attractive.

This is a fun to write on graph notebook! If you’re looking for a compact, engineering style graph notebook, this could be the one you’re looking for.The paper is comfortable to write on and thick enough to prevent the ink from going to the other side. The book can lay flat to allow for easier writing and drawing. And a handy bookmark is available to help keep your place. The grid lines are well done and strike the right balance between being thick enough to see and thin enough not to dominate your drawing & writing. The grid lines are composed of dots that have both light and medium thickness, depending on if they’re small (thin) or large (thicker) squares. This is great for certain types of writing / drawing styles.

I was initially going to give this a good review because the notebook is well sized and the paper has easy to see graphs. The large squares are slightly smaller than one inch, but each of the smaller squares is well over 1/2 cm (with 5 smaller squares per big square), so I'm not sure what size standard they were going for, but it's not that important. The issue I have is that after a couple of week of sitting on my desk, the outer cover and pages started to warp. I live in the mid-west and we have our share of humidity, but I've never had a book go and warp such that it looks like it was dipped in water and dried all on it's own.

Well-built chocolate colored notebook. Nice heavy cardboard covered cloth cover, similar to a good quality hardcover book. The construction is also similar with tightly sewn folios glued together to create the notebook. The pages are unnumbered, and the grid is 5x5 mm (3/16" x 3/16") with a larger overlaid grid of 25x25mm. The only negative is that the book's binding does not allow it to lay completely flat in the same way as a similar notebook with a ring or spiral binding can do. This makes it hard to use the last little bit of the page near the point where the pages intersect. To be fair, much the same is true with the other style binding, but the pages there do lay completely flat.
