Purchased this product in January and installed. It broke from rust weakening at the end of March. NOT RUST PROOF AS ADVERTISED. I will NOT be purchasing again, nor will I suggest it to anyone else.

This worked well for about 6 months and then it rusted and fell apart. I would not recommend this product given its short lifespan.

Honestly, there isn't much to say about this product. It's a toilet chain - it either works or it doesn't, right? Well, this one worked just fine, the material seems strong and durable. They supplied three, but I hope one is all I'll ever need. It seems to be a material that will not rust (important since it is immersed in water). It attached easily and solved the extremely annoying problem of having to hold the handle down extra time.

Update: these are either not stainless steel or there's something wrong with this toilet. I say that because I have a few toilets in my house and this is the only one that seems to rust the chains like this.These are long. But I guess it is better longer than shorter. The triangle thing to attach the chain was a little hard to close, two pliers is better than trying to do it with a single one. Otherwise, it works perfectly.
