Otherwise, they seem to work well for 1" straps

These seem solid. Will work well with 1" strapping.The buckles are stamped and bent from aluminum, the edges are very rough and has some sharp edges.I can see them cutting into straps if you aren't careful. I plan on sanding the edges and softly rounding the corners so they feel better and won't damage straps.Overall, I think these are good, but needs some finish work done before use. Think of these as "buckle kits" :-)

These look nothing like the picture. They are straight off the press, no finishing, polishing, etc. They come with very sharp 90 degree edges that will cut though any straps or attached material. I returned them and would not recommend purchasing this product.

These are right-sided only if you need left-sided you would have to flaten them and bend to other side.Otherwise seems to be decent quality at good price.

All aluminum. Unrefined though - edges can be sharp. But it is solid and I expect it to be durable.

Great for backpack.Not load bearing.Feel a little sharp on the edges but not bad.
